Started as an Indian-promoted bulk SMS gateway serving SMBs across Gujarat and Maharashtra. First-day customers: 3 D2C brands, 1 hospital chain.
Meta-authorized WhatsApp BSP
Onboarded by Meta (then Facebook) as one of the early WhatsApp Business API solution providers in India. Started managing Green Tick and Business Verification workflows for enterprise clients.
TRAI/DLT registration completed
Registered with all major DLT operators (Vodafone-Idea, Jio, Airtel, BSNL). Enabled customers to send fully-compliant transactional and promotional SMS without manual header/template management.
