To facilitate global message and voice delivery, necessary routing data (like destination phone numbers) is securely shared with authorized telecom operators, Meta (for WhatsApp), and Google (for RCS) in strict compliance with their respective data privacy policies.
Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL in transit, AES-256 at rest). API payloads, proprietary contact lists, and message contents uploaded to our platform are kept strictly confidential and stored in secure, access-controlled environments.
We retain Call Detail Records (CDRs), message logs, and opt-in records only as required by local telecommunications regulations (e.g., TRAI mandates in India). Once the retention period expires, data is securely purged from our active servers.
