Users must strictly adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Google RCS guidelines, and telecom laws. Sending spam, phishing links, or illegal material via our SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, or Voice channels is strictly prohibited.
For Indian traffic, mandatory DLT registration with telecom operators is required (TRAI). All SMS and Voice broadcasts must use approved Sender IDs/templates. Explicit user opt-in is mandatory for promotional campaigns.
Our CPaaS services operate on a pay-as-you-go or subscription model. Credits are deducted based on message submissions or API calls. Transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Taxes apply as per government regulations.
We prioritize your data security. Customer data, contact lists, and API payloads are processed securely with end-to-end encryption where applicable. We never share or sell your proprietary customer data.
While icpaas.ai guarantees a 99.9% platform uptime SLA, ultimate delivery depends on downstream telecom operators and platforms (Meta/Google). We provide automatic channel failovers (e.g., WhatsApp to SMS) to ensure maximum reach.
Strict zero-tolerance policy against unsolicited messages. You must maintain explicit, verifiable opt-in records for all recipients. High block rates on WhatsApp may result in immediate sender number restriction.
Fair use policy applies to our API endpoints. Excessive polling or abuse of the Webhook engine may result in temporary rate limiting. We recommend using our streaming webhooks instead of frequent API polling.
Prepaid wallet credits are generally non-refundable and expire after 365 days of account inactivity. Refunds are only processed in cases of billing errors or technical failures on our end.
icpaas.ai retains all rights to the CPaaS platform, APIs, Dashboard, and AI models. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our services without an explicit Aggregator Partnership agreement.
icpaas.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately without notice if we detect high spam complaints, unauthorized Voice/SMS broadcasts, DLT violations, or failure to clear pending dues.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of icpaas.ai services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
By accessing and using the CPaaS APIs, Dashboard, or any services provided by icpaas.ai (Smart Technology), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in telecom regulations or our service offerings.
